About the Speaker, Jim Richard, is a mailing solutions specialist for the United States Postal Service with more than 25 years of experience. Richard holds a direct marketing certification from the Direct Marketing Association, working with e-mail, direct mail and the web. He has assisted Dell, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club and American Airlines in improving their creative marketing efforts via the use of direct marketing and increasing both response rates and marketing ROI. Richard was program manager for the award winning "Branding Through the Mailbox" program from the DMA 2007

Amanda McMurrey from the USPS Inspection Service will be joining us to give an overview of what the inspection does and what it can do for you.
